Secretome-microRNA and anti-proliferative APRO family proteins as cancer prevention and stem cell research strategies

Stemness of cancer cells contains limitless self-renewal proliferation. For the purpose proliferation, secretome might exert its effects via paracrine signaling. Specific microRNAs enclosed in stem could regulate expression anti-proliferative APRO family proteins. The biological functions proteins seems to be quite intricate, however, which a key modulator microRNAs, then proliferation cells. In addition affecting proliferation/differentiation during cellular development, also play an imperious role on keeping homeostasis healthy under physiological condition. Therefore, relationship between and has attracted much attention field research regenerative medicine. Here, we have described molecular mechanism behind this interplay that potential future promising tools with targeting for medical applications.
